Jarang-jarang makan ampela, pas kepengen kebayang dibumbui kecap rasanya ko enaak ya..
kadang bumbu merah juga..baru ngebayangin aja udah enak apalagi kalau makannya ya, trus cepetan deh masaknya buat makan siang..starving!!!
Bahan-bahan :
200gr ampela ayam, rebus kira-kira 30mnt, potong agak kecil, sisihkan
1-2 buah tahu, potong dadu, goreng setengah kering, sisihkan
1 lbr daun salam
kecap manis secukupnya
Bumbu halus :
3 siung bawang merah
1-2 siung bawang putih
2-3 cabe kecil (sesuai selera pedas anda)
1 buah cabe merah, buang bijinya
terasi dan garam secukupnya
Cara membuat :
1. Setelah ampela direbus, goreng dalam minyak panas sebentar kira-kira 10 menit
supaya agak kering sambil diaduk-aduk, sisihkan
2. Tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam hingga harum
3. kemudian masukkan ampela, tahu dan kecap manis (jangan terlalu banyak supaya
bumbu tetap terasa), aduk-aduk
4. rasakan, kemudian angkat dan sajikan
